We visit, measure precisely, check the surface (soil, sand, concrete or screed) and recommend the right grass grade and method for how you'll use the space.
We strip out old grass, weeds and the top 3–4cm of soil to make room for a stable, free-draining sub-base.

We excavate the top few centimetres, lay and compact a crushed-aggregate base for drainage and stability, fit a weed membrane, then roll, cut and join the turf before securing it and brushing in silica infill. The base work is what keeps it flat and lasting.
Yes. On hard surfaces we use a glue-down method, often with a foam shockpad, and make sure water can still drain to existing outlets. We decide the exact approach on the site visit.
Yes, clearing existing grass, weeds, old turf and debris is part of the prep, included in the quote.
One to two days for most homes and balconies. Larger gardens and sports areas take a little longer depending on groundwork and access.
Very little. An occasional rinse, a brush of the fibres now and then, and clearing leaves. No mowing, watering or fertiliser. Pet areas just need a more regular hose-down.
